The building in located in the heart of Stockport Town centre, close to Stockport Train Station and adjacent to the A6.

The site was acquired by Factory Estates in 2014 with building work starting in late 2014 with Practical Completion in late 2015. Most of apartments were pre-sold off-plan and 100% fully occupied by Final Completion.

The contract value for the works was £850,000
