Factory Estates inception was in 2012 with the idea of streamlining and modernizing the design/ development/ construction processes to allow for a more holistic approach to the industry.

The three main directors are fully hands on with each development and each of them have a specific role to play at every key milestone of the process. This approach, we believe, allows for a much better product for owners and investors and allows us to produce the best quality buildings ant the best market rates for the best return on investment.

This has now been demonstrated in the last four projects Factory Estates have completed since 2013.

All of Factory Eststes projects to date have been sold out prior to the completion of the construction.

Factory Estates are very well connected to financial institutions and landowners alike.

We are always looking for sites, ideally within City Centres of the primary cities in the UK if you are a landowner, or, if you are an investor/ purchaser, we always have at least two to three developments on our “drawing boards” at pre-planning or feasibility stage.

Factory Estates have a financial JV agreement with Salboy which is part of Fred Done’s (BetFred) business empire.

He has delivered family housing for Bellway Homes Ltd, supermarkets for Tescos / Morrisons and student accommodation. As the driving force behind Factory Estates, Chris keeps the team in check and co-ordinates the projects from inception to post completion. Occasionally sarcastic.

Qualified as an architect in 1997, RRBA. Now a chartered architect. Over 20 years experience in residential and commercial property development. Has been involved with several successful businesses, including Factory Estates. Roles include commercial and finance director.

Naushad is a fully qualified Chartered Architect of over 20 years and a fully paid up member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.

He has a career spanning all sectors of the Construction Industry, including Education (Schools, Further and Higher), Retail, Commercial, and Residential and is and award-winning architect in the Hotel sector.

He is a founding director and co-owner of Factory Estates and is responsible for overseeing all the design and technical detailing of the projects. The unofficial hospitality co-ordinator.
