All of the apartments were pre-sold off-plan and 100% fully occupied by Final Completion.

The contract value for the works was £3.2M

New build 8 no penthouses onto the roofs of the existing (converted) blocks at Fairbairn House, Sale. Planning Approval was obtained for the addition of 8 new penthouses onto the roofs of the Trident Apartment Development to take advantage of the views to the north to Central Manchester and the south to Cheshire.

Building work started in the summer of 2016 with completion in April 2107.

The contract value for the works was £1M
